Guys, don't hold back on your thoughts here - imagine its a slow day at Wild Card, Freddie is sitting ringside wrapping up paper work at the end of the day while a few stragglers finish up there routines - then out of nowhere in walks Wlad unnannounced - "Freddie, I need yew make me gret again, will yew teech me?" What would Freddie say? What would the atmosphere be in the gym, would it be so quiet you could hear a pin drop? What would the gym smell like, feel free to get graphic & detailed, looking forward to your comment I will approve after reading in this thread thanks
I think it's more of the opposite. Roach doesn't have the training prowess to effectively elevate Wlad's game at this point.
Roach trained Wlad after Sanders before Brewster when he scored 2 KO's over nobodies but I just dont think Wlad felt it was a good fit
Freddie Roach "Go look at Wladimir Klitschko - Ray Mercer. You want to fight like the guy in the red trunks."
I think Bernard Hopkins can help Wladimir. Except for maybe Ward, I don't think any other fighters knows as Hopkins what do in the clinch. Hop can teach Wlad all tricks legal and illegal on inside fighting/clinch fighting.
