Yeah, because t-shirts with severed heads is a sign of pure class..........................:yep You step into it regularly. You get all but hurt when someone says "career ending injury" but you had no problem with the severed heads t-shirt and magazine article. :rofl
we start with Oatmeal in the morning, salads with protein at lunch and different protein and carbs and veg for dinner...... The oats and salads sorta "clean out" the body from the time in between training camps.... then we get into a regular diet Fuul breakfast oats, eggs, fruit etc, Salad still or pasta with protein or fish at lunch and full protein and heavy carbs at dinner Fight week is different.... High protein and HIGH barbs at start of week, then we start to taper down the amount of protein as we get to the fight... but ALL WEEK its HIGH carbs (pasta) plus of course we have snacks all day what I call "in betweens"
It's win win for me this fight. I either live through one of the greatest boxing stories in history, or live through the era of one of the greatest english heavyweights in history. either way i'm happy
