This post is just the start of it folks. No matter if Povetkin Ko's Wlad in the first round these nutlickers will be claiming Povetkin cheated. If Wlad loses they will come up with **** out of this world. To them the Klitschkos have never lost fair. These are the same people claiming Vitali beat Lewis even tho his face was about to fall off.

Not the version of Wlad who's been dominating for the last 5+ yrs.
Sasha has little to No chance of beating Wlad. No heavyweight does
    in fact either though.

Povetkin has not even fought a guy close to who Wlad lost to. Povetkin is too small, and he doesn't have the style or power to beat Wlad.

Povetkin's pretty good. He can box at least, decent power and handspeed. I'd give him a better chance 'gainst Wlad than anyone in recent years, but that still ain't much.

Gonna laff my ass off if Sasha strips off his robe and is muscled like a greek god on fight night tho.

For the size of that purse bid, they could just build a Sasha shaped Terminator to fight Wlad. (an' I still probably wouldn't bet against WK winning)

I would give unproven novise like Deontay Wilder better change to beat Wlad than Povetkin because Wilder has size, athletic ability and Great Power and hunger of young fighter.
But Povetkin is still much better fighter over all than Wilder.

I think Povetkin style is going to get butchered against Wlad.. He is small heavyweight, if he only fought like Young Mike Tyson then it would be different story.

Well, Wlad was kind enough to say Wilder could 'be a champion one day*' after they sparred apparently.

You're certainly in the majority thinking Wlad takes this, but Povetkin ain't considered the top contender for nothing. I don't see a butchery, but I do find it hard to see how Sasha wins.

Vitali is now moaning about Povektin pulling out to the media. How can they be worried about him pulling out when they put up 23m to fight.

The fight would of already happened if it wasn't for k2's appeal to postpone and fight Pianeta. They will withdraw down the line and put the blame on Povektin. They are already pointing the finger at him while he's in isolation training hard.

The main chance AP has - aside from a major careless mistake from Wlad - is if Wlad starts to "age overnight" in the ring. I doubt that happens but you never know for sure.

In past eras all of these top HW champs were well past it at Wlads age - or earlier: Dempsey, Louis, Marciano, Ali, Tyson.

Currently people are living longer and aging slower. Still 37 is getting up there for a pro fighter - even at HW.
