#3. Yes, Haye has a belt. However, Haye's belt was a win over Valuev. Valuev shouldn't have even had that belt in the first place. It was basically stolen from Chagaev and given to Valuev. Wladimir destroyed Chagaev, so in reality, Wladimir should already have the WBA belt, not Haye. If I remember correctly, Chagaev actually had the WBA title when fighting against Wladimir, but it "wasn't on the line".....which is just a line of crap fed by the WBA.
