a haye victory would be about as good as his victory over byrd IMO.

he still hasnt really eclipsed that victory since because the opposition havent been as strong nor as able.

haye is seen by many as #3 in the division. so a victory for wlad would get some respect in that respect. but i expect him to smash haye anyways so he wouldnt prove anything new to me.

if he beat vitali, then he would get shitloads.

vitali would get credit for beating haye, because stylewise i would favour haye vs vitali.

I don't think beating Haye is really that big of an accomplishment for Wlad. Wlad is the bigger man, with more experience. He's supposed to win. He holds all the advantages.

I supposes if the fight turned into some war, proving Haye has the stuff to mix it up, and then Wlad came out on top, it he'd get more credit rather then if the fight is the usual jab-and-clich-fest. But realistically, neither of these guys can last through wars. Both Haye and Wlad dish out punishment way better then they can take it.

You don't have to be a "Klitschko hater" in order to realize that a Klitschko win over Haye does not make him an ATG. I expect, and have always expected, Wladimir Klitschko to defeat David Haye by stoppage. W.K. has every edge you could imagine in this match-up. The sheer size advantage alone will be too much for Haye to overcome.

Haye hasn't beaten a fighter anywhere near W.K.'s ability and W.K. has not been hit with a solid shot in years. You never see him take even half as much punishment as he dishes out because he's so effective at fighting his fight. Haye doesn't have the tools to change that and he never did.

Wlad should win this easily over the much smaller, less experienced man (Haye weighed in at only 211 for the Harrison exhibition and has had less than half the number of pro fights.) That said, a win for W.K. over David Haye won't hold much weight for me.

D. Haye was an exceptional cruiser, but he went up to HW and pretty much talked himself into getting a few good retirement paydays. If anything, Haye is a MASSIVE underdog here against W.K. Some of his fans are a bit overzealous and fell for his hype. While he also has his share of haters (many on this site), Haye is a very exciting fighter to watch because you never know what is going to happen. Barring Valuev, you usually don't know if it will be Haye or his opponent who will be KTFO. With the W.K. fight, that won't be the case. Let's hope for an exciting fight at the very least.

Wlad is in a no win situation with everyone. Him and his brother are the only real HWs from the last era of giants. The Skilled HWs are small now while the the Klits remain the only skilled big HWs. Wlad could only fight his brother for any legacy gain. It's sad that it's like that but that's the way it is. Nobody for him or his brother to fight that will appease his critics.

 

Nobody asked the Spinks Bros. to fight each other. I do not want Klitschkos to fight each other and I am glad that will never happen. Vitali or Vlad will knock Haye out, then the Haye fans will claim that Haye is no good.

I dont know what you have been watching or reading but Wladimir Klitscho is one of the worst big men of all time, Haye will destroy this bum and thats not saying Haye is a good big man either because he is not,haye is not a natural heavy but he is a BANGER and his movement is superior to Wlad's.

Wlad has never fought anybody that will put up a fight like Haye and let loose with EXPLOSIVE shots and we all know what happens when Wlad gets tagged on the chin its lights out.
