Haye is asking for just to much. I said this long ago. At some point he will price himself right out of a fight. Just because iys a fight Wlad,Haye, and the public want doesnt mean that Wlad's company should lose money on the deal.

If I remember right.... Didnt Haye say "I want to fight the best"? Well he has a chance to do that and he is blowing it big time

Haye brings with him quite a big ppv market imo even though he isn't a world name he will sell a lot of ppv in the uk for this fight
and therefore is entitled to demand a decent deal.

Is possible Haye could sell close to or more than 400,000 ppv buys for a fight against wlad.

    C'mon Chef,

This fight will go down and its a case of Haye trying to get as much as possible.

    Just like Hatton and Pacquiao.

The idea that Haye is now afraid all of a sudden after all the thing's he's done in his career and said about this fight, just does'nt add up.

Tbh i believe both fighter's respect each other big time and know how dangerous the other is.

Forget all the **** talk from the fan's.

This is a pair of dangerous mofo's, who although they know they could take each other's head's off, have the confidence and balls to fight each other and fight the best.

I believb that both fighter;s are ready to face anyone in the division. Including each other.

Thsi is a huge money fight and the biggest heavyweight fight in year's, and Haye is just trying to make the most out of it.

after reading the posts, It seems like alot of guys are realizing that its all about getting a big payday rather than "fighting the best"

I never said Haye was afraid! and those guys that say that are wrong. What I believe is that its all about the payday not what Haye has been claiming about "fighting the best"

Or maybe it's a combination of both? That's what it is for most fighters I assume.

How long have you been watching this sport for?

Do you realise how many great fight's we would have missed out on if the Man from one division was'nt given an immediate title shot at The Man in the division above?

Haye did so much at cruiserweight and has such a high KO ratio that he deserves to fight Wlad.

He's not some bum or a paper champion stepping up in weight and getting an immediate title shot at the man above him.

With your argument Hopkins should never have been given a shot at Tarver. Calzaghe should never have been given a shot at Hopkins. Pacquiao should never been given a shot at Barrera etc etc etc. I could go on and on and on with this ****.

Hopkisn did **** all at 168 or 175 before he got a shot a The Man Tarver at 175.

Calzaghe did nothing at 175 before he got a shot at Hopkins.

Pac did nothing at Featherweight before he got a shot at Barrera.

The reason these man got immediate title shots is because of what they achieved at a lower weight.

David Haye became The European Champion and basically The Undipsuted Champion and Ring Magazine champion at cruiser. Plus the way he did it was brutal. He knocked evreryone out! :good

Well, in this situation, Haye would be doing both. He's fighting the best and I doubt there's a higher paying fight right now than the best heavyweight in the world vs the best cruiserweight in the world

well since we know wlad has belts, the big hbo contract, the profitable backup option in arreola, haye's gotta know wlad is the one with the leverage.

i reckon haye is just acting like an assclown again and he'll eventually come out of his dreamland. at least i hope so cause i really want to see wlad lay this fool out in front of his fans and fellow Brits :hi:

    :yep :good

    It definetly is with Haye.

Just look at his career and what he achieved after he lost to Thompson.

Everyone thought he was mad when he said that he was going to be king of the cruisers.

He showed heart and proved them all wrong.

Wlad did the same after his losses. :good

What attitude outside of the ring? :huh

Ive never heard anyone say a bad word about him or any negative storys about him.

Haye is just having fun and getting the fans interested.

He seems like a nice guy to me.

Wlad seems like a nice guy too.

    :rofl:patsch

Haye beat Mormeck who had been playing musical belts with Bell previously and one of the most pathetic looking Glass Jawed jokes I have seen in a Boxing ring in Maccarinelli.

I don't call that a stellar record and the guy has only had what 22 fights total?

Haye is lucky he is even being discussed by either Klitschko or any beltholder for that matter.
