Haye isn't my boy, I'm just backing Haye to win. If Wlad KO's him, I will give Wlad all the respect in the world.

Haye did not sign the contract. Haye is ko´ed before the bell rings. He is exposed.

    So you're eagerly awaiting Wlad-Rahman 2 then I presume?

If not Haye, another real legacy fight, no doubt.

    It was..
the 1st contracts fell apart because Haye couldnt deliver the stadium and sentanta like he said he could....that was all worked out, the rematch clause was changed, yet Haye still hasent signed.

If this fight doesnt happen, I can hear Haye talking **** about Wlad ducking him already. What a joke

The stadium bit may be true but Setanta?! Haye has a 4 fight contract with them. He is a Setanta fighter.

Haye promised a certain $ amount from Sentanta... not only was that not true, but Sentanta cut the normal budget for the fight..(straight from Wlads mouth)

He couldnt deliver Sentanta the way ($$) he said he could. The real problem was Haye wouldnt secure the arena... told wlad.."its to much of a risk"... thats why Wlad stepped up and got a venue in Germany

If everything is true then Haye is nothing but a sad joke. I want to see a good fight soon with or without Haye.

as shaky as the negotiations are right now i still think haye will end up signing.

i mean, he has painted himself into a corner by trashtalking, and then requiring the contracts to be redone even though he said publicly that he was happy with everything. he said this on setanta tv.

now if he doesn't sign, he will have to fight someone else in the meantime, and therefore most likely have to become a mandatory to vitali/wladimir's belts. this is extremely risky.

this is how haye will have to look at it. get biggest payday ever in his career and a super quick shot at the no1. man in the division. then more huge paydays after that if he is to beat both brothers back to back. also he will get the ring champ status. and historically he will be doing very nicely with his achievements.

    OR

he will realise that if he doesn't sign it, he will be a laughing stock by most people aside from the hardcore haye fans (and steve bunce the bias twat). and he will have to spend at least 1 year fighting a couple heavy's who are top 10 material. since he isn't a huge draw it will be nearly impossible to secure a top ten fighter unless it's mandated by one of the organisations. (big risk-low reward for them). and despite the hype there are some contenders who have a real good chance of beating haye too.
valuev/chagaev winner will fight vitali/wladimir most likely, so what opponents can haye fight in the next 12-18 months that aren't too risky but willing to fight him? maskaev? holyfield?

however to regain ANY credibility he would need to fight someone like chambers, peter winner. unfortunately i can see peter/chambers beating haye if they come in fit and focused. so really, what is haye gonna do now the contract is in front of him? that's the multi-million dollar payday question :yep
