CHEF, if it's not a secret, can you tell how much do they pay you for your service. This question always bothering me, coz i know that it's not cheap but i think it worth the benefits.
a lot is all I can say:yep, but I am the training camp mgr. as well... I also have 25 years experience as a chef for a decent cook for say 2 weeks prior to fights you might be able to get a guy @30.00-$40.00 per hour... 3 meals (1 hour per meal) + prep time... maybe $100-$150 max per day ... less on some days because some stuff can be prepared in advance...if you can tell them what you want, then you could get a good cook even cheaper. If you need a guy to watch your diet and design it for you, it might be more 100-150 per day x 14 days = $1400.00 - $2100.00 total
Well.... I'm not impressed with this number I am a Data base programmer at bookie office i earn 50-90$ per hour during UEFA or 100$ per hour during FIFA world cup, 100-150$ per hour during Olympics, 20$ per hour when there is nothing big in a sport's world As i work 2-3 days per week max and it's 8 hours each day.... Well, you can do a math)
it all depends... Im in LA... its not cheap around here:| Trust me...you can find someone... ask cooks at your favorite restaurant... they might love to do something different for 2 weeks and might make a great deal... get em good seats:bbb:bbb
I live in Kiev and earn pretty much insane money But to be hones i can't afford to buy a decent apartment for that. For example if you want to buy 2-3 room's apartment in center it would cost you something near 500k$. Or if you want to buy little studio on Hreshyatic you would pay 1.5kk$.... But normal apartment price start from 100$. crisis from the other hand lowered prices but not for long. In order to buy a house or apartment you have to take a loan with huge %((((
Keep up the great work mate! These next 3-4 years should be the best of all for Wlad Klitschko. That's a scary thought. Davey Haye evidently would agree
Yeh ... I remember watching that fight and thinking that despite the pressure he was under he seemed to have his personal situation under control and only had to deal with what Peter was doing not any stamina issues and the like. I also felt that from that point on he has become much more solid mentally, and that with every defense he becomes all the more sure of himself and all the more formidable. He also has less to prove circ. 2009 ... and he's not likely to gas himself out putting on a show (like he did in his first loss on home turf for example). In contrast to Haye ... who lost to Solis back in the day perhaps coz he ran out of puff late ... despite all the big talk Haye doesn't have a string of title defenses at HW. Haye would be under pressure to 'do something' rather than stick to any kind of patient pragmatic strategy. And Haye has talked himself into that position. What I'm basically saying is that Wlad not only has his physical elements right on track these days, but he's got the mental elements all together now too. If you look at that interview of Haye confronting him on the escalator Wlad is quite calm and collected and happy to just let Haye ramble until he runs out of gas.
I've noticed the same things you stated.Wlad seems to have lost that puffed up,bodybuilder look and now has a leaner, more toned look.He has maintained his strenth and weight ,but with increasd stamina .Pretty impressive transformation that came at the right time in his career.
Hard to say. My son got some protein powder. He claimed it made him less sore if he took some after a work out. I got some from him just hoping to lose weight. I had been waking up in the mornings with legs so stiff I felt like I was 30 years older than I am. Went away after I started taking it. Obviously my body was not getting something from my normal diet.
Probably not enough protein it what it sounds like... which is Iron and b12.. The protein powders are vegetable protein.. they can have different reaction in different people... A lot of people wont eat red meat they think it has to much fat... but we need the Iron gives you better stamina less muscle fatigue and muscle break down plus faster recovery
My son is a pretty bright kid, but I thought this was a case of him WANTING to notice a difference. Glad I tried it anyhow.
