Haye is the most exciting personality to enter the HWT division since Ali, win lose or draw or get knocked out, he is going to gain from the incredible experiece of competing with an all time great like Wlad Klitschko in the electric setting in June. Some of the Klitschko greatness will rub off on Haye, we'll see how much.
I've got Haye to stop Wlad. If I'm wrong and Wlad wins I think he will finally have an opponent to push him and bring out a meaner side of him. I think Haye will do it but it may be a win/win for the division.
Just STFU and be content the rest of us will not have to be bored to death in a fight involving Wladimir. No excuses if either loses.
You have to give props to both guys. Haye isn't jockeying for a "lesser belt", he's going after the division's best (admitedly, the WBA belt is tied up in bull**** limbo, but credit to him for not even looking in that direction). He could also line up easier "name" fights with Holyfield or Toney or whomever. But he isn't. Wlad doesn't owe Haye a fight. He has a legitimate contender in Povetkin to deal with, Haye has never fought a top10 HW. Kudos to him for taking his most dangerous opponent. I don't see how you can't favour Wlad. He has his vulnerabilities, but has also addressed them. Though he's fought no one like Haye and those vulnerabilities will be tested in a way they haven't been since the Peter fight, Haye has sure as **** never fought anyone like Wlad. Great matchup - say, Wlad 60/40. If only it were "officially official".
