Its on youtube, not very hard to find. K1 is not boxing, this is a boxing forum. I know you're getting desperate but try and stick to the boxing please.
A one punch knockout is a one punch knockout. Chambers did not appear to ever be close to being knocked out until a single left hook put him down for the 10 count. Late in the fight or not, a boxer who appeared to have his legs was stopped cold by one punch, it is the same as Maricano/Walcott and Tyson/Botha. Peter wasn't obese but I'll retract that one because it was really an uppercut/left hook combination that put him out in the rematch, and he was already rocky from a right hand. I've provided several examples of Wlad's one punch power and Tyson's. A Thank you would be nice.
If it's not hard to find then post it on here please, for the record Tyson's Ko of Botha was more impressive than Lewis's and Wlad's, doesn't mean he hit harder though does it??
It's a long time ago, I saw the KLitschkos on TV measuring their punching power, and I remember how they were standing in front of a machine that looked almost like what Ivan Drago used in Rocky IV. And they said that Wlad's left hook was harder than Mike's, and someone from Universum said that both Klitschkos hit harder than Mike, they did not go into details about by how much they hit harder, I guess because they know this is not the most relevant factor in this sport, there were no figures released, they were obviously there just for fun. Of course it could have been made up, and it is your right to accuse me for believing a propaganda by team Universum, but one thing is sure, all these "who ko'd whom" stats will not be convincing, because there are way too many factors to take into account when comparing the opponents of the two. I do not care who hits harder though, I think Wlad hits harder but I do believe that in the ring Mike is more dangerous than Wlad. You know as well as me that a ko punch does not come primarily from power.
So basically they were just quoting their opinion with nothing to really back it up? I feel who hit harder is completely irrelevant, i believe more in who you actually knocked out. Look at Wilder, 32-0, 32 Kos. On paper thats amazing, but in reality, we know the truth.
So? Sultan, Chambers(whom he did knockout), and Povetkin had never been knocked out and Wlad is criticized for not trying harder to stop them. It's about the effort. Lewis was criticized for not trying harder to knock out Tua, Tyson (whom he did stop), as well as Holyfield, and Mavorovic. The impression from writers and many fans at the time was that he was content to outpoint them and didn't push the issue when he had them hurt. Lewis was not known as a "killer who goes for the finish against overmatched opponents" in his time. This is a new reinvention from his messageboard fanbase with a handful of examples being overexaggerated to protray him as something he was not. He was labeled boring and safety first, fair or not.
Yeah you're right but you know as well as I do that every fighter Tyson knocked out Wlad probably would too, don't you agree?
I believe Razor Ruddock would have KO'd vlad. Mike tyson definitley hit harder just look at this video from 1991 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6130nv5Kl4
Ruddock had no defense against a man his own size, he used his height and weight to smother and wrestle the much smaller Tyson, and he still walked into the punches and got knocked around the ring. Wlad would do to Ruddock what Lewis did. Ruddock would walk straight in, his left hand low for that uppercut, and eat a right hand lead. It would be like the Jefferson fight all over again. Ruddock's Razor was only good for knocking out Wash Ups and No Hopers he could measure. It wasn't the easiest punch to land. He couldn't nail Lewis with it and wouldn't be able to hit Wlad with it either. I think Ruddock was a good tough contender but there are few true Heavyweight Champions I would pick him to beat.
Bonecrusher wasn't terrified of Ruddock like he was Tyson. If Bonecrusher was bear hugging Ruddock every chance he got, he would have went the distance as well. Bonecrusher hurt Ruddock early, put him down in the second round, and fought too lose, thinking he had his number.
