    Saying it over and over again doesn't make it anymore true. No one has done it as voluntarily, intentionally, consistently, or unnecessarily than Wlad has. The fact that Wlad's competition is such **** highlights why your statement should be true (That other HW greats held just as much). Unfortunately, it's not quite so.

    do they hold 50 times in one round vs a shot fighter who got stopped at cruiserweight and have a big height, reach, weight, age, and skill advantage over?

    Ali did hold a lot, when he got knocked senseless by little Henry Cooper he held on for dear life and resorted to illegal tactics to gain more recovery time.
    Holmes did as well, for an example check out his gift SD against 15 fight novice Tim Witherspoon, Holmes was very effective with his clutching in that fight.
