Holmes had a great chin in his prime, see Holmes/Shavers for further proof. So that means he would probably hang in there with Wlad. Like Vitali, Holmes would break down his oppenents through 15 rounds of jabbing, good footmovement, and solid right hand. Wlad got a better punch and is physically bigger, but Wlad's questionable stamina and lack of toughness in hard fights will come out to shine in this one. If it was 12 round fight, I would say Holmes 7 rounds to 5. If were talking 15, Wlad gets TKO'd by the 14th or Holmes takes it 10 rounds to 5.
Hmmm.... I'd go with Holmes. The over all better boxer and the better jab, plus over all movement and chin. Don't know what would happen on the inside.. Neither of them like it. But man, this would be a boring fight if they both stuck to their game planes. Holmes TKO/KO, based on Wlad's chin
