    I have my moments. :D

That would be pretty badass. The coolest thing that happens at my gym is occassionally a girl comes in, and that stops everyone in their tracks.

Wonder if he would spar a couple rounds with me...(maybe at 1/4 intensity  )? Would love to learn what Steward has taught him about the 1+2, maintaining distance and footwork.

Jeesh! :bbb That's a lot of rounds back to back... and he ruined a heavy bag in the process... DAMN!!!

I really hope Wlad delivers a massive hook to the body of Haye first, so he can properly soil himself before getting KO'd.

I like Wlad's personality, really. He seems like he'd be a chilled, fun person to hang out with. ...I also don't think they meant "rounds" like 3 minutes. :blood

I'm just saying, I don't think they meant that. That's all.

Well 220lbs of solid muscle can be natural...

250lbs of solid muscle is highly suspicious.

If they said round they meant three minutes.
I gotta say though 20 rounds on a heavy bag is one hell of a warm up
We usually do heavybags at the end of practice, but I don't know anyone who would go more than 10 rounds - you are exhausted beyond all reason long before that. And consider also that he broke on of the bags, he must have been going at them full force. With this in mind I think the reporter is making stuff up, he didnt' go 20 rounds.

A boxing news site reports that a boxer works out for 20 rounds in a boxing gym.

I'm pretty sure they know how a round is measured.

Its 3 mins in my gym and you can hear the round timer going at the start, 30 sec and end of each round. Pretty hard to misunderstand that if you are there.

That makes no sense, one is 6'3, on is 6'7, I don't think either of them are juiced, they are both natural athletes, no proof of juice on either side and if you break it down by height and weight the ratios are practically identical.

Of course you are talking about the top HW in the world, who gets paid to be a gym rat and stay in peak condition.

I'm guessing nobody in your gym fits that description. I know that nobody in mine does..

But I've done 20 rounds in a workout...not all on the HB. We start with skipping, footwork drills, shadow boxing, then heavy bag, double end bag, speed bag and end with mitts.
