I see this fight as a complete one-sided affair.

Wlad Klitschko would use his jab to batter Holyfield.

After five rounds, I think that Klitschko would start landing
some heavy combos and put a real hurt on Evander.

    Klitschko TKO 7 Holyfield.

Waldimir wins one-sidedly and by KO(you read it, KO not TKO) within the first 4 rounds. Vitali refused to fight Holyfield before simply because he claimed he had way too much respect for him, maybe Wladimir thinks Holyfield has a chance against Ibragimov.

I do not expect Holyfield to get past Ibragimov. IMO Ibragimov is one of the worst opponents for Holyfield. If I was managing Holy I would have prefered the much slower and predictable Maskaev who used to be quite available for left hooks to put him to sleep. Ibragimov has speed, an extremely awkward southpaw style and chin that has withstood some real bombs from real big guys.

A Klitschko / Holyfield bout would be a bad idea IMO. Evander is still well liked by most casual boxing fans and if Wlad were to beat him too badly the fans may turn on him.

Those fans also know that Holyfield should've retired LONG ago, if he wins the title then Wladimir can't be blamed for challenging to take it.

Well, Holyfield is being too stubborn about it and he's mature enough so he's the only one to be blamed if something serious happens.

And a possible serious damage to Holyfield, he'll take a beating worse than anything he could've imagined and in one-sided fashion, so you have a point as well. Let's hope he doesn't beat S.Ibragimov.
