So does that mean he breaks even with an E- fighter in a B+ era? Does that put him on the Mike White level?

Vlad's jab and outside aren't actually A+, but closer to being B level as well.

Well, in the P4P sense? Wlad is A+ HW, but Quartey would be an A+ P4P. But Wlad is a giant and Quartey is a midget. So Quartey would be an F to his A. But if Wlad was a midget he would be a C to Quarty's A. I think we need to ponder this.

 

Maybe on your scale but "B level " as an adjective is not commonly used to describe an elite anything, quite the opposite.
