It's clear Wlad won the face-off, even though Haye was the one doing all of the talking. Looking at the history of past face-offs, there were moments that indicated that the winner was going to win and the loser was going to win. The Face-Off is more telling than a fighter's ring-walk, the weigh-in staredown or press conference banter before a fight. There's a track-record for this. Look at past Face-Offs. Pascal-Hopkins 2: Hopkins questions what he's going to do now when he couldn't even win with 2 knockdowns. Pascal had no response. Pacquiao-Margarito: Margarito asks why they think he's a bum and Roach says he saw his last two fights. Margarito is speechless. Mayweather-Mosley: Mosley says he's going to beat him but Mayweather stays calm and relaxed in his sweet ass coat and says there's no blueprint on how to beat him. Mosley just smiles because he knows May's right. Bradley-Alexander: Alexander keeps bigging himself up, saying that he's going to win along with his trainer but Bradley doesn't get rattled, even when Max asks him. Haye was doing all the jibber-jabber but when Waldo asked why he backed out of the fight the first-time without a legitimate excuse, Haye just ducked the question and couldn't answer, only nervous laughter. That's a clear indication of a fighter who's outskilled, outsized, outmatched, outwitted and outchinned. And you can't argue the history. Wlad KO7 Haye. It's a foregone conclusion. :deal
don't compare a fight between two uncoordinated bumbling heavyweight fools with Pascal-Hopkins/Mayweather-Mosley/Pac-Margarito ever again
You said the person that spoke the most wuld lose but I do believe Hopkins spoke the most and won? Haye will make this fight short and sweet, it'll be over within 5 rounds, he hasn't trained to go the distance and he won't hit and run like he did against valuev, I expect klitschko to be saved by the ref at some point.
I think a few misconceptions are going to be cleared up rather quickly on July 2nd; Klitschko throws pitty-patty punches, Klitschko cannot hit David Haye, David Haye actually did something to deserve a title shot instead of beat pillow-fisted opponents who were fighting their last professional fights. No decent heavyweight contender in his prime on Hayes' history. We shall see why this fight is more marketing than actual contest.
