Vitali was beating Lewis to the punch throughout the fight and at no point did Vitali look like he was going to go down. Unlike Lewis, who was ready to go in the 2nd round and he held on for dear life.

If a ref stoppage on cuts is what you consider "smacking someone around" then boxing isn't for you.

 

The different is Rahman tko Sanders so we all know who is a better fighter in that one. A prime McCall vs a prime Brewster would be a very good fight that could go either way.

The story was that Corrie Sanders couldn't due any roadwork prior to the next against Rahman because of knee or back issues. When they fought Sanders knocked Rahman down but couldn't finish him & he shot his load trying to do so. At least that was the excuse given by Sanders after the fight.
