Fighter A beats fighter B but fighter C beats fighter A but losses to fighter B. Happens all the time in boxing, you should try actually watching some of the fights you comment on!
I have the fight on tape and Vitali had like 2 minute left to Finish Lewis off in the 2nd round when he had lewis hurt but couldn't do it. Lewis has fought 13 fighters with very good ko percentege and 11 out of 13 he didn't get tko. Can you name me atleast 11 fighters with very good ko percentege that Wlad beat? Cause i name 13 or more of fighters with ko percentege that Lewis beat.
Mostly everytime when Sanders lose a fight, he will always comes up with bad excuses so that is not a surprise.
I watched the fight as recent as a week ago and I have no problem saying Lewis won. Not only did he in fact win, he certainly won the 6th round and had Vitali hurt with that uppercut. And all those cuts to Vitali didn't happen by accident, they were inflicted. Who gives a **** about the scorecard's if the fight is stopped prior to it going the distance? It becames basically a trivia question.
Man you are dumb.......................or just too young to know any better. No, I wasn't saying Brewster was an A level fighter.
I see RUSKULL is getting hit from every angle in this thread. I guess the new topic is comparing Rahman and McCall vs Brewster and Sanders, I feel Brewster has done enough to pass McCall and Sanders easily, with good wins over Wlad, Golota, and Krasniqi, he also held his belt the longest, from April of 04 to April of 06. Rahman has good wins over Lewis, Sanders, and draws with Toney and Tua, so I guess these fighters are pretty even IMO. Sanders is terrible, his only good win he ever had was over Wlad in 03, he was more known for his knockout losses to Tubbs and Rahman, and I do want to question one thing, just because Sanders knocked out Wlad, but couldnt layout equally weak chinned Rahman, why should we assume he's that powerful? I know most people on here measure power based on the caliber of the oppenents they knocked out, if thats the case Sanders should not be ranked as high in the power department IMO. I followed McCall and Brewster closely throughout there career, not so much Sanders and Rahman. If I had to rank all 4 in order, based on there skills and accomplishments, longetivity at the top ranks, it would go something like this 1. Brewster 2. Rahman 3. McCall 4. Sanders, though I do feel Lewis lost to slightly better competition IMO.
Thanks for that dose of reality. The fact still remains that Wladimir gets rattled easier but Lennox gets rattled worse. Wladimir has never been down for the count, versus Purrity his corner threw the towel in, vs. Sanders he was knocked down multiple times & the ref stopped it due to the 3 knockdown rule & vs. Brewster there was clearly something wrong with Wlad that made him gas out as early as the 2nd round, according to Lamon himself. Lennox was caught by McCall & he he got up too quickly & the ref stopped the fight because he didn't like the "way Lennox's eyes rolled back" & versus Rahman Lewis made an amateur mistake backing up to the ropes with his hands down and his chin out. He was out pretty much completely, although he somehow held his head up, and he couldn't beat the count.
Dude, you getting owned left and right by mostly alot of people telling you that lewis chin is better then wlad but you think in your own weird mind that wlad got a better chin then lewis.
If that was wlad instesd of lewis that fought rahman. With wlad leaving his hands way low and let rahman nail a free shot, you think wlad would get back up from that knockdown? Lol. Man you sound like a broken record. Whats wrong with wlad in the brewster fight that he gas out badly and that cost him.
