Lennox was KO'd by McCall and Rahman, whilst Wlad has been KO'd by Purity, Sanders and Brewster.

Now - McCall was a decent puncher and had a good chin, capable of soaking up punches whilst Rahman has one punch KO power.

I don't know anything about Purity, whilst Sanders couldn't stop Johnny Nelson (a cruiserweight) and Brewster isn't anything special.

I would say Lennox has the better chin, bearing in mind the fact that the KO ratio against is better, and also the opponents are in a totally different class generally.

I think you need to double up on your brain cells, never mind the jab.

    Go and watch some boxing.

Bearing in mind Wlad is in top shape and Lennox is about twenty stone, you may have a point - but it would be a battle of the jabs resulting in a UD for Wlad.

My arguement is not about who is better, although i would heavily favor lewis, its just an observational note about how steward has trained him. his style is almost identical to the lewis of 2002-2005

Exactly. Lewis was knocked OUT COLD. When has that happened to Wlad?? The telltale sign of a glass jaw is not how many times you taste canvas, but what happens when you do. The record shows that when Lewis hit the canvas, the fight was OVER. Not so with Wlad.

No, the tell tale sign of a glass chin is when you are regularly hurt, even by inoccuous looking punches as Wlad is. Not to mention the way he fights to protect what he knows is a glass jaw, and the way he's been knocked out by relative cans.

Lewis was down and out to bombs, yet throughout his career he proved he could take a solid shot in general

Yeah, and it's "a bomb" because why?? Because Lewis got hit with it?? C'mon - the record shows that when Lewis got tagged right he hit the deck, out cold or on ***** street. It is the QUALITY, not quantity, of knockdowns that counts - and by that measure Lewis's chin is worse than Klitschkos.

When Wlad gets starched like Lewis did, then maybe this can be debated. What's next? Fraudley has a better chin than Wlad??

No, because we have evidence Lewis can take a shot, as he did against big punchers like Tua and Vitali

Therefore the evidence would suggest it takes a huge punch to completely starch him, and therefore you are speculating just as much as me when you assume they aren't hard punches and that it was simply a case of glass chin

All I know is Wlad has been all over the place, down about 11 times in his career, and knocked out more against lesser fighters and punchers. Who is speculating?

Very comparable fighters. Vlad probably thinks a little too much Lewis was a smart fighter but at times got too aggresive

I might add that Lewis dropped his left after throwing the jab Vlad doesn't except in the Sanders fight
