In any event, I know I'm going to regret this, but let's try one more time:

I didn't originally enter this debate to talk about race. I entered it to show (1) that the Egyptians didn't innovate much compared to other civilizations of a similar level of sophistication, and (2) that they were a pretty ethnocentric bunch of people.

Contrary to my original intentions, I have posted several sources during this debate. I posted books (which you are apparently fond of telling others that they need to read), academic journal articles, artifacts in museums, photographs of Egyptian art, and even inscriptions on Hatshepsut's temple read to me on-site by one of the few people who can understand Egyptian hieroglyphs. In response, you posted a single internet forum that seems to consist almost entirely of pro- and anti-Afrocentric threads.

I am confident that everyone aside from you who reads our respective posts will conclude that I've more than met my burden of proof and shown that I know what I'm talking about.

I'm beginning to suspect that "cite your evidence" is Nay_Sayer-Speak for "I don't want to believe this. Lalalalalala." In fact, your posts make much more sense in-context when I translate them this way.

If you actually want to continue this as an actual debate, feel free to post something substantive beyond a clever-sounding way of saying "Nuh-uh". Otherwise, I don't see the point.

With the amount of racial stuff flying around in this thread, I can understand why you'd get defensive. It was probably my fault for expecting an objective debate about Ancient Egypt within this environment. It's unfortunate that it's gone that route. (I tried to lighten the mood with the Ukrainian jokes, but this does not seem to have worked).

Nevertheless, can we please just focus on NON-racial parts of our debate, with less stonewalling?

Then you do not (yet) have evidence to back your arguments. Not saying you're not honest or sincere, but so far your arguments (as are some of mine) are unsubstantiated.
