I believe there was one heavyweight ranking around 2003 or so where half the fighters had tested positive, would test positive, or been caught at some point. It included Vitali Klitschko, Evander Holyfield (Evan Fields), Jameel McCline, Roy Jones, James Toney, Shannon Briggs ... it was just ridiculous.

All of Tyson Fury's weight is in his hips and butt. He's shaped like a pear. Larry Holmes was like that, too. But Tyson's arms are a lot skinnier than Holmes' were.

It's difficult for guys who are pear-shaped to look intimidating. That doesn't mean they can't fight, though.
