Lbm is lbm regardless of your bf%

All lean body mass measures is the weight of muscles, blood, and organs, and regardless of your weight, lbm is the same. So it doesn't matter how much weight you have, your lbm will remain the same in a relative sense. Of course if you start working out and eating at a surplus your lbm will go up.

Bodybuilding is for ****'s. Plus any one(bodybuilder) worth a damn has a bodyfat below 10%.

The guy in question is a Bulgarian. He is probably a strength athlete and to be 280 at 15% bodyfat is not all that uncommon.

He can probably power clean more than most bodybuilder can back squat to a proper depth.

    :good Thanks for the explanation.

I was just saying I thought it was possible for this guy to be 280 and 15% body fat without steroids. When I was at USC 20 years ago I knew a lot of the football guys and the tight ends and d ends in particular were all around 260-280 and lean. Of course, I have no proof they weren't on steroids but I had no reason to believe they were either.

    I am serious!

I was just giving you some **** about your semi regulated street fights you spoke of but in all honesty: It was sort of interesting. You probably have done more combatives than most on these boards, that's for certain.

If you still have athletic goals give PED a try. Start with a TRT clinic. You will sure as Hell feel much better.

Some mass monsters can be 350 lbs with abs, look at Bob Sapp

All I'm saying is that for the average guy to be 280 with 15% bf with no steroids or growth hormones or anything is highly unlikely

As far as football players go, guys on my high school team were taking all kinds of shyt, so in guessing the vast majority of players on a top flight college team like USC are using. He'll every other gym rat is on steroids lol

Haha fair enough. You know this world much better than I do. I never thought the guys I knew were on anything but maybe I'm naive.

Of course he is on steroids- they just about all are. These athletes will do anything for a competitive advantage...not to mention too much money and prestige is at stake to let slip away.

For those who say Wladimir has never failed a drug test so he's obviously clean- Lance Armstrong didn't officially fail one either yet he pulled one of the biggest cons in sports history. If it all came down to push ups, situps and protein powder we'd all look like Wlad, but there is a reason why that won't be the case for 99% of the human population even if you worked out your whole life.

That's just not accurate. Most people don't want to work hard enough. They quit after a short while, or work a long while with only partial effort. Neither one of those will work, but you put in the hard work over the long haul, and it does work.

For the vast majority, it works. It just so happens that the vast majority is too lazy.

Arround 1.88, and 15% its not that lean. Lean for me is 8-10%.
I have pics on my phone, got to upload it on computer and put it here.
I have great genetic on legs, and my thigh is 77cm, calf is 48cm.
Also i have perfect shoulder genetic, im very wide.
I will put picture soon, to see.
And the things i get is amino, glutamine, creatine and protein and from time to time arginine. 3gr. protein on kg. and 6gr. carb for kg, and 1gr. fat. Thats my high carb diets when i gain. And im on low cab when i lose weight.

Juice? Wlad is a physcial specimen. One of the greatest athletes on earth.

Wlad looks like a fitness model. Very low levels of body fat! Besides, he could easily bulk up a lot more if he wanted.

A genetical freak :scaredas:. Those arms looks unnaturally long even for a teenager. And he was living in a third world country.

Vlad is nearly 40, you can develop muscle over years and years of training. Anthony Joshua on the other hand....

It's Wlad, WLAD - not Vlad! He looks in good shape though, very strong.

It's fairly obvious if you look at Wlad now vs the Sanders version, he's much leaner and more muscular. In order to even come close to doing that naturally, you'd have to bulk (and gain fat) then cut. Guys spend full years doing this for a couple lbs of muscle. I've never seen any pics or fights of his where he appears not extremely lean. The fact that he seems to have gained muscle and lost fat simultaneously make me suspicious. I have no proof though, he could be just a freak.
