    He did, but the round was over and we couldn't tell how effected he would of been if there were 30 seconds left or more. Even Audley would of been able to take that punch, but thats turn the tables, do you think Wlad could take the punishment Chagaev sustained in this fight? I would bet every dollar in my bank account Wlad would of been up and down so many times you would of thought the ring canvas was a trampoline.

    I would love to see Haye fight Wlad, but if I had a second choice it would be Valuev.

    I really liked the Wlad's condition and frame of mind tonight. Perhaps some things didn't work. But he was tuning and adapting as fight progressed. Trying more movement or varying punches, timing and sequence.

    But when Chagaev was hurt couple of times I wonder what would have happened if Wlad followed with left hook and why he didn't?

    Wlad Klit has redeamed himself as a legit fighter / champion.......

    Russ Chagaev looks washed-up after only ONE loss.............. Sad.....

    Did anyone notice that Chagaev's cutman had no latex gloves on when handling the cut??? Jesus Christ on a popsicle stick..... That dude is an idiot.........

    Referee Edward Cotton had latex protection....... Smart move there............

    I thought Chagaev's conditioning was fine.... I also don't think he was rusty as a nail, either........ He simply was just out-classed by a better man in Wlad Klit.........
