Barry McGuigan wrote a column in a British newspaper comparing the greats to Wlad because Wlad recently retired and he left Lewis out of his round up but mentioned Wlad`s size maybe being too much for most former heavy champs so why leave Lewis out who was bigger than anyone he mentioned? The biggest former legend he noted out of the bunch was Foreman who at 6ft 3"-4" was an inch smaller and almost a stone lighter than Lewis in his prime! I feel Lewis`s reach and 1-2 gives anyone a problem in the heavyweight past even if they did or did not have more ability. What do you think of McGuigan as a pundit? Two great fighters anyway.

Prime for prime, I believe Lennox stops Wlad quite emphatically.

Prime Lewis would clean out the current division.

Wlad never wanted any part of Lennox. That was wise as he's have been KO'd

Wlad quite easily. Lennox had a pretty bad chin.

Vitali has no true KO power and almost floored Lennox on the canvas in the 2nd round. Vitali was also outboxing and obliterating Lewis and without the lucky cuts stoppage Lewis was out there.

If Wlad caught Lennox like Vitali did or if he caught Lennox like he did to Anthony Joshua then LL would have been put to sleep.

Wlad is a nightmare for Lennox, Lewis struggled against the only tall fighter he ever fought.

Lol and Wlad had a granite chin himself right?

Lewis struggled with the only tall fighter he fought? You mean he struggled against the 6'7" Grant or perhaps the 6'7" Akinwande? That statement has as much validity as saying Wlad lost to the only tall fighters he fought in Joshua and Fury, ignoring Wach, McCline and Thompson.

The fight didn't happen in the early 00's for a reason, Wlad wasn't ready for Lewis. Wlad's own management team before the Mercer fight I think said he wasn't ready for Lewis, which proved to be the case when not too long after he was KO'ed by Sanders.

Lewis would beat Wlad. Lewis had the better jab, better inside game and better lateral movement.

lol Grant and Akiwande? Those are two of the biggest bums I've ever heard of in my life.

Wlad not only beat numerous tall fighters, he never struggled against them whatsoever in his prime. Wlad also destroyed a skilled tall fighter in Pulev.

Wlad's chin is much better than LL's, Wlad only was truly stopped by Corrie Sanders and that was pre Manny Steward. Wlad with Manny Steward is an unstoppable fighter, and he would destroy Lewis.

I'd favour Lewis slightly, he had more tools offensively. Either guy could get chinned if they took the other's best.

Lol you're making a fool of yourself even more.

You're right Wlad never struggled with tall fighter in his prime but neither did Lewis, unless you think he was prime against Vitali and if you think that then you must also think Wlad was prime verses Fury and Joshua who he lost to, which once again shatters your original premise that Lewis struggled with tall fighters and Wlad didn't.

However way you spin it you fail like Wlad's chin when hit.

Wlad is more technically skilled, defensively sound, and a faster more powerful jab. Wlad by late KO.

You'd have to favor Lewis to win... But Wlad would be as live an underdog as anyone he's ever faced. Also.... Wlad is also much heavier handed than his brother. Only an absolute fool would rule out the chance of an upset. 60/40 in favor of Lewis.
