Yeah that wouldn't surprise me. However, I could also see on his best night Wladdy giving LL some problems before he broke threw, unlike say Golota who LL walked 100% over. Even if it was short lived problems, lol

:risas3::risas3: ^ Looks like JC thinks Lewis looking like crap against football player Billups is amusing. * shrug *

And Tyson was by 20. Guess that means Tyson is better, right?

Ah, you're a WikiWarrior :applaudit: Explains a few things.

What could they go on to achieve? He was at the top. All they could do was face him again and get beaten down again. That's what ATG dominance does for you.

I'm just pointing out the fact that almost half of the 69 opponents Wlad faced are so obscure, that even their next door neighbours wont know who they are.

He was never undisputed champion, and Vitali has been gone for a while. I don't see any of the guys he has knocked out filling the voids that have been left. Not now, not ever.

None of them have ever achieved any sustainable success. Not one.

Lennox Lewis has knocked out and beaten true boxing pedigree. Boxing royalty even. Wlad hasn't. They are on different stratospheres.

I mean just watch the Fury fight, or the Corrie Sanders fight, or many, many other fights to witness how limited Wlad really was. These weren't age problems or inexperience problems, or lucky flash punches, or taking the fight too lightly, there were clearly fundamental issues with his technical skills.

Pssst! Don't tell anybody, but here's a video of one of the guys Wlad stopped:

KOing some bum that surely never amounted to anything:

I think that about wraps up your case as false.

No, you've just proven my point. So while Lennox has knocked out the likes of Tyson, Bowe, Vitali and beaten Holyfield twice, all true champions in their own right, the best you could come up for Wlad is a 'flash in the pan' pub fighter.

    Thank you.

Well you put in a gallant effort on Wlad's behalf, I commend you for that, but you backed the wrong horse, and really there was no coming back from that moment on.

Wlad is 0-2 against skilled SHWs.

Lewis buckled Vitali's knees with a jab. Pillow fist Pulev staggered Wlad with a jab. The Lewis jab would likely drop Wlad onto the seat of his s.Oliver trunks.

Put it this way , the amount of time Wlad spent in the wheel house against Pulev, holding and grappling , would be suicide if he spent the same time up close and personal against Lewis.
Lewis eats him up up as soon as they come together and unfortunately for Wlad he spends the majority of time per round engaging in clinches.
    Put simply , he'd be Golota'd.

Knocked out the same Tyson that Danny Williams knocked out. I doubt even Lewis claims he 'knocked out' Vitali or that beating Bowe in an am stoppage counts as a knock out. And he didn't beat Holyfield twice either.

I bet Vitali still wakes up in cold sweats thinking about that right hand from Lennox. Believe you me, when someone leaves you needing 60 stitches, and you have to be rushed to hospital to get your eyebrow sewn back on, that isn't something that ever leaves you.

Especially when it was from illegal hit and holding and tearing with the glove and the ref did nothing.

Behave yourself, it was a perfectly legitimate straight right at the beginning of the round.

And I never heard any complaints from the Klitschko camp.

Riddick Bowe is still feeling that same shot 30 years later.
