Nothing about Ali' style would have been able to disorganize Klitschko from doing what he wanted. The speed may have been hard to catch but K would control the range with his jab, height and reach and footwork which is very underrated. Ali would be forced to take the risks and it's conceivable he would walk into something big. This is no knock on Ali, in his time he was the best ever. But the sport passed him by. Just like in 20-30 years there will be a HWT champ who comes along who will be far superior to the Klitschkos and Lennox Lewis. Hard to imagine but it's inevitable.
