    As a fan I don't care to see this fight. Povetkin is a tomato can anyway. It will just be a boring jab and grab fight with Wlad not getting hit at all. Wlad better enjoy these easy fight because Price is a real threat to Wlad.

    I'm not into making bets on a website but if I'm wrong I'll take it on the chin.

    No way will wlad vacate rather than face pov, especially the pov now who has declined significantly from his prime form.

    1- Povetkin doesn't give a f**k about boxing in general, he's here only because a lot of peoples likes him and wants him, and for the paydays;

    2- he doesn't have chances against Wladimir, his style is too conventional etc.;

    3- he already avoided him in the past, various times;

    4- the only reasons Waldo posticipated the fight, are that he doesn't want to delude Povetkin's fans, and mostly because in the summer it would become a way more remunerative and followed fight; it's still a big fight, after all; and Povetkin has good physical potentials, and is still unbeaten (and maybe even unproved).

    Stylistically povetkin is the biggest threat out there. Noone else can come at wlad with that power, volume and aggression.

    If pov can get in close, let his hands go and land punishing body shots it could be interesting.

    I pick wlad by ko though.

    If Saurland wins the purse bids you can bet your ass he'll vacate the belt. Against Povektin he will need his ref to protect him on the inside. Losing the bid will lose K2 all those liberties.

    Of course not, Povetkin let him down. Someone's got to pay for that misguided hope :lol:
