Wlad Klitschko has the worst style for Ali

He doesn't lol. But people here are delusional about both Alis flaws and Wlads strengths so they'll cope about how magically Ali will become a hard hitting front foot fighter and walk Wlad down because speed or something.

 

Agreed. Ali IMO maybe a little quicker than Wlad that's it. Wlad is good at anticipating as well so Ali would be in trouble. Wlad is just a machine.

 

The only thing a big plodding clinch queen is going to against Ali is get pieced up, Ali would counter, easily stay out of range and cut angles, staying up on points rather effortlessly, dancing around peppering his face, by round 9-10 Ali might as well be swinging at a stationary target

 

Wlad cuts and swells easy. Ray Mercers jab had him badly swollen around the eyes. Ali would cut his face up like a Ginsu knife.

 

It would be interesting to see how Ali navigates fighting some these SHW's.

He has never faced anything like it before. Not saying he couldn't but still. Would require some adjustment to his style.

 

Ali is actually much slower than Wlad, it's just that Wlad's bigness makes smaller people look faster with the lesser distance to travel. That girl, Heymin Panzioney said that he was surprisingly quick. And she is tiny. It makes you realise how shockingly abrupt he can be with his speed and mass.

 

Stylistically, this is arguably Ali's toughest match-up. I think Wlad wins 7/10.

 

No he's not. That's not even up for debate. Wlad was quick for a big man, but by no means was he faster than Ali. Not even slightly.

 

Ali would have beaten him mentally, before they even got to the ring.

Wlad was very quick for a man of his size.

But Ali was significantly quicker.

Much faster hand speed, foot speed and defensive reflexes.
