    ...it's not much, but I know you've all been wanting to hear from WLAD's training camp nutritionist as much as I have...

    What up Suge. Its so hard to get on the board. The time difference is 6-9 hours + internet issues in Spain. All is great here. Wlad is in great shape and ready. Fight is in 11 hours and we are ready. Enjoy the fight. We'll talk when I get back home
