How do you see him fare against those fighters. I see:

    Klitschko KO 5 Peter
    Klitschko KO 3 Maskaev
    Klitschko SD/MD 12 Povetkin
    Klitschko KO 8 Haye.

The only one IMO who stands a chance are Povetkin and Chagaev.

I think Haye has best chance, but he must go war at the beginning..Haye is skilled and hard puncher, but Wlad get him..

i could see ibragimov finding a way to avoid wlads jab for a bit like calvin brock did, but not for long. and the more i watch peter/wlad the more im convinced that a more confident wlad woulda knocked him out. maskaev is too slow and too ez to hit to last more than a few rounds. if haye keeps developing he MIGHT have a shot. but i doubt it.

Ibragimov must fight like he did against Briggs...fast attack, haymakers and out or holding..

I see you all picking Maskaev as the easiest opponent. Wow. What will you say after he knocks out Sam Peter? That: "okay, maybe he's got far more chance than to loose in few rounds."

    And that's what I'm saying now. :)

Anyways, here are my picks (I think from that list, because of their punching power, speed and skill combined Chagaev, Ibragimov and Haye COULD pull out a KO upset while Povetkin could make his fight close. Any other upsets would be huge.) Of course Wladimir is the favorite in every fight.
    Klitschko UD12 Ibragimov
    Klitschko TKO10 Chagaev (C's stamina)
    Klitschko KO8 Peter
    Klitschko TKO10/UD Maskaev
    Klitschko SD Povetkin
    Klitschko KO10 Haye

Povetkin stands a real chance. But let's first see his next fight vs chambers. If Povetkin is really as good as i think he is...and if his amateur career is of any indication , no one's gonna stop him. Maybe Wlad....but i'd say 50/50 against a guy like klitschko.

But again , maybe we'll all have a reality check vs chambers and maybe he'll get koed. (or not)...but so far , from what i've seen. He's a perfect candidat and # 1 threat to wlad's dominance.

Not because he's more skilled. not because he's a hard puncher (he isn't)...But because of his workrate / endurance / consistancy in every single rounds he's fighting. + his excellent combos.

Povetkin must do hard work to beat Byrd and wlad easily nailed Byrd. Povetkin dont never beat Wladimir..you can count on that

Klitchko will probably win them all but he'll have to get up of the canvas against haye to win.

Povetkin and Chagaev may give him a fairly competitive fight, but I wouldn't give either one any better than a 30% chance at surviving the 12 rounds against Wladimir.
