I voted for Wlad but that was mainly due to Tim's notorious lnconsistency.However Witherspoon,when focused and in shape,was a tremendous fighter.A fully focused,in-shape Witherspoon would be capable of beating Wlad.
I remember (really quite vaguely now) this being one of the first topics I posted on in these forums - or, at least, I had the gall to drop a line or two that made a case for Witherspoon mid-thread. I still think now what I did then. Witherspoon's A-Game was a class above anything Wlad had faced and beat, and Spoon would have sooner or later landed the right - where it mattered - to take the Win.
Yep,we all know about Tim's problems with Don King but Tim did waste his God-given talent.A raw,inexperienced Witherspoon gave the great Larry Holmes a load of trouble. A focused,seasoned Witherspoon would be a very good bet to beat Wlad.
Those DK troubles were enough to screw any guys head up. But if he's going in with non of that **** and lean and mean, then I ain't seeing Wlad getting a win over him.
Witherspoon was good but imho was not likely to succeed against Wlad. I just don't see any particular attribute that would make him a difficult out for Klitschko.
