Tyson would have Wlad out in 1 or 2 rounds. Wlad seem's afraid to get hit and Tyson would only have to connect with one solid shot to put him into a shell, where Tyson would take over completly. Tyson KO2
It would look like Sanders-Klitschko. Though Tyson was definitely better than Sanders, we'd see similar results. :yep This content is protected
This poster talks about reality, while claiming that certain fighters whom he's never seen are inferior to that of the opposition of a fighter whom he favors. This is hardly what I would consider as a ride aboard the reality check express.
I have to say of all my years of watching, and participating in boxing the Klitschko thing is the most baffling thing i have ever witnessed? To read the stuff people say about this at best very average fighter, simply amazes me? "Wlad is one of greatest of all time? "Has the best Jab ever", Could beaten Ali, Frazier, Louis or Tyson? I read this stuff and I can only shake my head is disbelief??? I have a hard time fitting Wlad in my top 20? atsch
I think its more of a generation thing. I'm guessing that the demographics of the general forum mainly consist of young posters who have followed the sport for 5-10 years at most. I have already cought several posters on this board who claim that the opposition of Holmes, Ali and Tyson were inferior to that of Klitschko's, but as the conversations unfolded, discovered that they had never even viewed these men fight, nor knew anything of the circumstances of some of their matches. I will also ad, that the claim of Klitschko being an all time great, is not the most preposterous one that I've heard. Some here have even labeled Corrie Sanders as an all time great, which takes preposterousness to an all new level.
For the 3rd time I said SINCE HOLMES!!!! But I'll counter anyway: Liston - Debatable Ali - Debatable Foreman - No Way Norton - No Way Holmes - Quite Possibly Jimmy Young - **** No Louis - Quite Possibly Charles - Debatable Walcott - Debatable Douglas - No Way Holyfield - Smoke Another One :good You forgot Lennox Lewis & I still think Wlad's jab is stronger, faster & more versatile.
I'm right here so you can direct you insults directly to me. How you can know what fights I've seen is beyond me, you must be clairvoyant. Anyhoo, Biggs was no great shakes at the pro level. A good contender for his time but that's about it.
No one's claiming that Wlad beats all of the above....................No one claimed his jab was the best one ever either.
No one here ever said Corrie Sanders was an ATG. You're full of ****, if not post a link to which poster said so. I'm a big Wlad & Vitali fan and I've been watching boxing since I was maybe 5 or 6 years old. I don't need some self righteous internet douche to tell me what fights or fighters I've seen fight.
Because although you did not come right out and say it, your admission to never having seen certain fights was strongly implied. You made reference to Biggs losing to Damiani as though it reflected badly upon him, but failed to tell the whole story. Then I asked you if you had seen some of the fights you commented on, and you replied by telling me that you had indeed used boxrec as a source, but still said nothing about viewing these bouts. I think your never having seen certain fights is quite apparent, even without clairvoyant abilities. Agreed, but you haven't seen much of him, so why bother commenting?
