They fought just once for a short moment until the lights went off ... so nobody will really know who was better (only the fans of eachother). You may however compare their best assets .... :bokc
Just as Lewis was inconsistent and sloppy and inexperienced in the pressure fights, Wlad was too although more so. The fight now would be a lot more competitive, but I believe Lewis always had the edge on mental toughness and overall ability.
Lewis would have won by KO. Manny makes all the difference. Wlad was over-hyped, until he got Manny in his corner - and if you think different - look at the posting from Drexl.
Dumb poll, due to only stupid 100% answers. Speed, accuracy and footwork they both are world class (9-10/10). Chin Lewis got the advantage of two medicocre chins (Lewis 7.5/10, Klitschko 6/10), good enough to stay in the fight to beat everybody out there. Jab is Klitschko relatively clear ahead (10/10, Lewis 8/10). Power department quite level with the edge on Klitschko at straight right hand and left hook and Lewis on right hook and uppercut.
Remember these guys are 6-5 6-6. Tall guys usually arent the most coordinated. Lewis had boats for feet, thats why he seemed to always have sketchy balance. Wlad on the other hand is fighting the stand up euro style that hes been fighting since he was a little kid. I would say Lewis had much better footwork, but Wlad is improving every fight. The problem is other than fighting Sam peter, he really has no other competition to show his stuff. Maybe he should fight Oliver Mcall or Holyfield next.
Lewis could dance and move, he had a rhythm and could switch styles as the fight progressed whereas Wlad seems robotic and less imaginative.
