Section 14 outlines intentional injuries where it clearly states an injury from an intentional punch leads to a TKO if the opponent cannot continue.

It's very clear in black and white, Lewis won legally by the rules of boxing. You may not like the result or even agree with it but these are the rules of boxing and have been for as long as I can remember.

No, i simply tought all injuries were considered the same. It clearly isn't the case, and correctly so. Anyway there could still be room for the fact the original cut were caused by tape bruising, but at least whit those cases it's kinda more legitimate.

Tape bruising? What the hell is tape bruising? I've used Kinesiology tape to reduce bruising am not aware of a type of tape that causes bruising.
