Be quiet , I know full well what muscle memory is, I've benefited from it myself on many occasions so I know first hand how effective this can be. Your still missing the facts entirely, yes gaining a stone of muscle if you've had that muscle previous can be done very quickly, but NOT if your training aerobically, its not possible as this burns muscle. Why are the strongest men in the world, most of them, aesthetically horrible to look at? (This means they carry large amounts of body fat). Body fat itself hinders nearly every single event (amount from truck pull for example). So, why don't they just lose the fat? It's not hard to do this. The reason? Because the aerobic exercise would result in MUSCLE LOSS (this a loss of strength), this isn't something that can be avoided, so they choose to keep the fat and increased muscle mass that comes with it. Vlad is human, just like these guys, he cannot gain a stone of muscle in 12 weeks whilst training aerobically. If you could provide a quote from his team saying this, please provide it, as I'm fairly certain what they've actually said, and that you have miss read it (or miss hears it if it was audio).
Thank you. This guy is spot on. You can EASILY gain a stone in a short period (even 1 day) but this wouldn't be muscle. Muscle building is a slow process and takes time.
Vlad is taller than Joshua, has better skills, hits harder, better jab, better left hook, better right hand, better foot movement, much better balance, stamina and defense. When Vlad and Joshua sparred in camp, it was no contest..............If Vlad is a fraction of his old self, he will knock Joshua out. How much has Joshua improved since then? How much has Vlad gone down. Vlad knows what Joshua has, so I won't be surprised if Vlad wins. Vitali said that if Vlad is focused the fight will be easy, that age will not be a factor....................
