Horrible fight. Mormeck hasn't even looked good against average opponents at heavyweight. I won't be watching this for sure.

 

I know the division isn't deep with talent but surely theres gotta be someone more credible than Mormeck?!

Someone in the rings top ten rankings must be available?

 

As bad as they sound, Tua, Holyfield and Toney would all beat Mormeck. Three fighters who have been desperate for a shot in recent years and all three would smash Mormeck to pieces, so they're better choices.

 

If Wladimir was to fight Holyfield though people would want him arrested for bullying.

This goes back to peoples perception of him as some sort of classy operator. He'd be slaughtered for beating up a former great now old slurrer like Holyfield or Toney.

Instead he's gonna bash about the french equivalent and probably make sure said opponent gets peanuts for the privilege.

Is Povetkin fighting Helenius in November?

Boxrec have got them both scheduled for the same date and location but no mention of them actually fighting each other.

Looks more like Geoffrey the butler from fresh prince than any sort of legitimate heavyweight contender.

 

If Wlad wants to keep busy and there's no legit contenders at least fight a big ****er like Ustinov or Boswell rather than a midget.

 

Aye, doesn't exactly help Wlad's rep for fighting dwarfs. Not that height should really be a determining factor but he does have that reputation so if I was him I wouldn't be adding fuel to the fire by fighting an old cruiserweight who is a genuine midget at heavyweight. He should have fought someone better (of which there are many) or failing that someone at least bigger. But he's got the best of both worlds, Grade D midget.

The German fans are perfectly fine but, let's be honest, they aren't hardcore boxing fans who know all about Mormeck. They're going to be sold a good fight and it simply isn't. If 40,000 people buy a ticket, how many of those will get what they came to see? Because unless they are there to see a mismatch end quickly, they aren't going to be satisfied. They're going to sit through a **** undercard and be given a terrible main event.

All Klitschko has to do is put a great fight on the undercard. A world title welterweight fight or something like that. Will he do it? Of course not.

 

No it won't, its an utter joke of a fight....Wlad should be ashamed of himself.
