Its a tough call, Considering he came so close to knocking AJ out, that will always be in the back of his mind, he didn't get blown out it was a close fight until the stoppage, If he retires now he might look back and think, what if i had of done the rematch and been the first to beat AJ?

It may seem like an easy decision to people from the outside, who look at him and think wow look at everything hes achieved already. These fighters have a different mentality. Its easier to go out on top or on a devastating loss than it is putting up a great performance and nearly winning the fight against who many consider the number one guy.

If you go out on a devastating loss, you think dam ok i really don't have it no more, but when its like his last fight you think, dam maybe i still have it, if i had only done this or that slightly better i would have won.

If he fancies going out on top. take a tune up. if he wins that go after Wilder.
He gave us all against AJ I don't think the result would be any different second time around...He had a chance to KO AJ after landing his best punch..He didn't take it.

He didn't take it because he bought into that bull**** about AJ's muscles weighing him down and that he would gas hard in a long fight.

It certainly seems like time is dragging on and that would indicate he is leaning towards not taking the rematch.

If he doesn't want to retire completely, i would love to see him rebuild his career by going another route.

But if you look at it from wlad's point of view I think right now Joshua is probably his only route to a title anyway... Parker has fury, Wilder will likely rematch stiverne and after those i cant see either of them or hughie accepting to face WK... its too dangerous and they will think they would rather risk there title against joshua for a bigger money fight.

If his reflexes were gone how come he landed his signature shot on Joshua but couldn't land it on Fury to save his life?
That shot that fell Joshua was the same shot that stopped Byrd , Thompson , Chaggy and loads of others. In fact it took multiple right hands to stop Chaggy on his feet , he didn't even go down.
Its fair to say the right hand that dropped Joshua was the best timed and delivered right hand he ever threw in his entire career.
So I don't know where your coming from with this shot reflexes baloney. Maybe your just a fanboy whose upset he lost to a novice. :rambo1:

If he's having doubts which it seems like he is, then he should retire. If he isn't 100% committed to returning for one more then he won't be doing himself any favours by fighting on.

I believe he will retire, but is having difficulty finally pulling the trigger on his career. We saw it with Froch, Lewis and Vitali, drawn out decisions on their future and in the end they all retired.

Hopefully he stays away for good. No need to see Joshua pummeling him again.

No need to see Wladimir getting beat on. What all does fighting again do for him? Doesn't make sense. The only thing you could say would be the same thing you said for their first go around. HOF legend.

He's 41 stop trying to make out it was a prime Wlad. A prime Wlad lands that same shot early and finishes it.

Prime Wlad fought with an old mans conservative style. 41 Wlad was the same as any Wlad.

Same as 39 year old Jones Jr. Even though Joe was 37 himself and out of prime... you always discredit those two wins don't ya. Or TRY to discredit them anyway :D Your low life PLAGUE RAT opinion doesn't mean **** on here yet you still try and filth up every thread with Klitschko in it with your ****ing stupidity.
