Puroresu_Fan, he could do that, but he will ge KOed.
To be fair i expect Wilder to KO him, Whyte to KO him as well. Usyk will also beat him big time. I would say Povetkin in his best shape in 2015-2016 would also KO Wlad.
Povetkin also regress pretty fast after 36-37. The s*** with Wilder that happen and he was not the same fighter. Pretty much fast decline at that age. You can age overnight as some say. On that forward age in just 1 match you can look from good to terrible. I think boxer start decline pretty fast after 35 and after 37 even more. It`s still due to lifestyle, cause some boxer lose speed and reflexes even earlier in their early 30.
Klitschko was so fast in his best years, and so accurate and his output numbers were the highest in the division yet in a two year time he was throwing and landing like 70% less punches and his jab goes into oblivion. I couldn`t believe myself. And with Klitschko everything was starting with the jab
My guess is if he come back he will be a huge KO waiting to happen.
BTW, Povetkin in his prime have great chin, yet Joshua crack it pretty easy, age factor i guess.
If not wrong Carlos Takam eated heavier shot and not get KOed.
Joshua - vs younger Povetkin would have been a great fight to watch.

He smashes pulev still every day of the week.

For someone who was branded a boring fighter I’ve actually missed him and would love to see a rematch with AJ

    I think ..........
    He's not coming back.
I think people are misinterpreting his twitter statement. (he's looking back and remembering his "obssesed" mission, which didn't work out).
He probably intended that mis-reading too.

BUT I could be wrong. We'll see.

anjawnaymiz, not sure about that. I think Pulev may beat him now. Klitschko is too old. He was keeping his punches, there is a obvious reason behind that. If he rise that punch output he will gass. Also his killer instinct is long gone. The first sign was in Pulev fight. He should have really KO him in the first round. After that heavy KD. Klitschko just let him survive the round and goes to the 5. Same thing with Joshua, and Joshua punished him.
Age catches even the all time great. Same with Tyson, same with Ali, same with Larry Holmes and would most probably be with Lewis if he stayed active.

As Rocky said, father time is undefeated. Wlad has nothing left to prove, he should ride into the sunset and never fight again.

That leaping left hook he landed on pulev a bunch of times would put him down time and time again. It was there when he fought AJ but he just couldn’t land it

If Klitschko does come back I see him having no problem beating the likes of Kownacki, pulev, Ortiz.

Klitschko if return will be 44, and for the last 4 year he will have just 1 fight with Joshua, that he lost.
How someone say that he will still be top 5, before even see him on training is beyond me.
With Klitschko hes decline start pretty fast after 36-37. He can`t get better, and he is definetely a lot worst, simply because obviously he decline even more.
So no way he is top 5 material and no fr**** way he is top 3 material.
