Thompson caught Wlad with plenty of flush shots, did great body work, and showed very good defense. Wlad once again shows why he is the best in the division. Thompson is the kind of guy that it is just about impossible to be comfortable while fighting against. Tall, very long reach, good defense, southpaw, unorthodox in his approach, ect... However, Wlad was able to get past all of that, take all of the shots, endure the roughness of the fight, figure out his opponent and take him out. Exactly what a great Champion is supposed to do. These kind of fights will do nothing but build Wlad's confidence, and sharpen his skills even more. By the end of the fight, he was throwing uppercuts and combinations to the body. He was doing body/head combos with just the right, and just the left. He absolutely broke Thompsons will, spirit, and body down, and then knocked him out.

    Great performance.

Klitschko fans... Don't worry about the haters. They are going to complain and criticize everything that Wlad does. That is because they are foaming at the mouth to see him lose. They actually believe that any time that he gets hit, he will go down... and they hate him even more every time that he doesn't. It has been a rough 4 years to be a Klitschko hater.

It was a good performance. He did what he needed to do. He's pretty boring and should have scored the KO earlier.

    Yeah your right !!!!!!!!!!:good

Was just so exciting far more action packed then the thrilla in manila, i mean it was as explosive as the rumble in the jungle.

The toe to toe stuff was like when lewis and briggs traded bombs in the forth round and the ko was sweeter the lewis rahman 2 :thumbsup

The whole fight seemed like an elongated version of bowe-holy round 10

Wlad did a great job in a virtual shutout against a tall Southpaw.

Props to Tony Thompson who showed courage and a much better chin than I thought he would have.

Not a bad fight at all. Tought fighter to look good against. The way Wlad reacted every time Tompson threw anything tells me Peter-Wlad II will be anyone's fight to take...
