His shape declined in later fights . You think hes gonna show up out of shape this time. No way.

Agreed. Peter is extremely dangerous as a puncher, and Vlad is vulnerable to power hitters. But even the first time around, Peter lost clearly. The two knockdowns in the fifth round were slips, not legitimate knockdowns. The tenth round knockdown was real, and Vlad was saved by the bell. But Peter lost the final two rounds big, and was almost knocked out in the twelfth. Peter fell short the first time, and won't do better in the rematch.

Peter was wobbled by Toney, Chambers, and Vitali. For Vlad II, Peter will probably get kayoed.

Just two fights ago he got a total bull**** early stoppage against this man:

His punches weren't looking so fearsome then. Gabe took some of his best shots. He did go down once but it was far from one punch KO power from Sam.

    No :-(

Peter will lose. He will be lucky to see the final round on his feet. Samuel is just so damn sloooow. He still does not have the tools to be effective against either brother. Even if he were able to get one good shot in on Wladimir, it won't be enough alone. He does not know how to finish and his punching technique is still crude.

It is very hard for a slow plodder to even hit Wladimir Klitschko at all. WK will control this fight very, very easily. And he will win. Samuel has taken a lot of hard shots over the past few years. I believe Wladimir will be hooking off his jab more this time around too. Peter might be in for a rough night.

Vlad was not knocked down three times by Peter. He was hit behind the head, illegal blow, then later pushed down, no knockdown, but I think those who believe that Peter had three knockdowns will help more watch the fight. HBO sucks. At least Showtime tried to make the date and now ESPN will spit into HBO's ugly face! Vitali and Vlad, great champions, yet HBO is too stupid to show their fights. Vitali's fight with Johnson was sold out at MSG, NY, NY, USA. So, HBO shove that down your.................................!

    Some feel that way.

Some also feel that Mayweather is boring.

Personally, it takes a lot to bore me.

Dirrell-Stevens might have been the last fight that did.

Well, some undercard swing bouts between guys who are like 0-4 and 1-0 can be pretty bad...:yep

Vitali and Vlad are boring to those who hate them because they always beat their heroes. They are that good. Sour grapes! Void is boring.

One of the more 'entertaining' fights I remember was a couple of kids in an amateur fight. Gloves came up to their elbows. They went out and windmilled for the one minute round. The best part? Their coaches giving them corner instructions. I asked my son if they really thought those kids were going to do anything different the second round. They didn't. It was pretty funny actually. Quite entertaining.

In the pros as well, guys making their debut or otherwise early in their careers can sometimes produce big fireworks.

Povetkin not challenging Wlad may be a small blessing in disguise, he would be a great opponent at this stage , but in another year or so, given Povetkin boxes actively a couple more times , he may aspire a little more and gel better with Atlas to be better equipped for Wladimir... Povetkin is the best technical opponet at this time... Peter wont be a walk in the park like many think, Samuel is more thinking nowadays, he knows what it takes (more than a few heavy head shots) he is better conditioned, and is trained by a man who takes no garbage from him..) Peter wont waste another top chance at this point in his career , he is more mentally tuned this time around, he is a happier man than he was 2 years ago, Wlad knows that deep down too... its ok takin a photo of Gabriel Brown, Did anyone on here ever face Gabriel? He in fact a very good fighter.. Brown has a great brain and throws fast punches when he lets his hands go. His fat exterior is just cosmetic, he would beat almost everyone on this thread if they ever squared off with him for a few rounds.. He is not just some fat slob............
