It has been Povetkin who has been ducking Vlad for years now. Atlas told him he could not beat Vlad and Povetkin knows it. Povetkin is truly afraid of Vlad. He will get knocked out. It so appears that Povetkin will try to cheat anyway he can. By drugs, poisoned food, bad water, bad air in his hotel room, etc., but a drugged Vlad will still knock Povetkin out. The Russians appear to be planning how to cheat, which is the only way Povetkin has any small chance at all. How many times has Povetkin refused to fight Vlad? He was Vlad's mandatory, but Povetkin would not take the fight and that was more than once. Vlad wants to fight Povetkin, but he and Vitali know how crooked these people are. It was Vitali who caught Wach with a fixed glove, later Wach was found to be on steroids. It appears that Povetkin will be on steroids also.
