He doesn't want to pay Toney a career high payday. He found the ultimate way to avenge the ****-talk from punch drunk ******: Ignore him. There is NO WAY toney can actually earn a title shot by becoming the mandatory simply because he can't beat any of the top 10, and with Wlad not giving him the voluntarily defense, there is no way for the ugly douche to make 1 + mil dollars in one night.

I think he could beat Chambers, Chagaev and Arreola but fans really don't want to see him fight nor do these guys want to face him...too much risk, way too little reward.

Toney can't make it in boxing anymore, there's a reason he's heading for lesser paydays in UFC. Wladimir would crush Toney, this fight won't be competitive.

you can't compare toney with holyfield because toney has never been beat up.

The man has been beat up against Peter twice and is clearly punch drunk. At this point both Holyfield and Toney fall in the same category as "easy opponents" for Wladimir.

Then you're wrong. Toney went life and death with Peter and Rahman.

I don't know man...what are you basing that on? Areola is a slightly better version of Samuel Peter boxing wise, and Peter beat Toney twice.

Chagaev won't be top 10 after august 27th. He shouldn't even be top 10 period, the guy has hepatitis B and is much weaker than his prime self. Yet even so, he is a tough, gritty southpaw warrior and I wouldn't write him off against jt.

and Chambers, here is my main disagreement, I think Chambers whoops toney 8 rounds to 4 or worse, he is one fast dude and his reflexes are way better than jt's, not to mention his superior HW experience, youth and determination.

    based on what ?
10 round win over 14 loss guy damon reed?
    12 win guy mathew greer?
a split dec everyone thinks he lost to oquendo
a split dec over 10 rounds to someone named danny batchelder
back to back losses to sam peter

hate to break it to you, but those are his last 5 years as a heavyweight...he loses to all those guys you mentioned , not because they are great, because toney is washed up legend that was a beast at 160-168
