I agree this is a troll thread, but there is something to be pointed out about the double standards of this forum. Wlad COULD have rematched Haye in London for a huge pay day. Bottom line is he really didnt need to as he won the first fight convincingly if not incredibly boring. The double standard come with people thinking Ward needs to go to England to fight Froch. Sure it would be a huge pay day. But he is the champion and did in fact win their first fight convincingly. There for he shouldnt be expected to go to someone else backyard any more than Wlad should. Would it be nice? Sure. Should it be required? Absolutely not.

This thread is beyond a joke all haye had to do was turn up and beat Fury and he would have had a second shot at wlad but he got scared and retired instead

on reflection its going to be the weakest, but that don't mean GoT 5 will be bad.

The books its based don't match the pace of the first 3. Book5 in particular is a long haul (though its interesting).

Thompson was mandatory challenger, he won an eliminator fight. When was the last time Haye fought an eliminator? I think vs. Fragomeni in 2007 LOL

Beat Thompson, Povetkin and Pulev since he beat Haye. He's added to an already excellent resume. What has Haye done since the Wlad fight?

The difference is that Froch has got some excellent wins and picked up 2 world titles since losing to Ward and is the clear number 2 in the division. Haye has achieved nothing since losing to Wlad. Froch deserves a rematch now, he didn't deserve an immediate rematch.

Didn't Sky drop PPV after the first Haye fight out of the disappointing and boring fight?

    http://www.espn.co.uk/boxing/sport/story/119422.html
"David Haye's one-sided victory over Audley Harrison in November 2010 was shown on Sky pay-per-view, as was Haye's underwhelming performance in his heavyweight showdown with Wladimir Klitschko in July. Poor responses to those two fights have left Sky wary of asking the public to spend more on the supposed marquee fights."

How would a rematch in London - without PPV - have been a huge payday? :deal:deal:deal

Does it have David Haye in it?

The OP is one person who probably won't watch it if he's not in it.

I understand that and agree with it. But seeing as Ward is the champ, why does it have to be in England. Mind you i would like to see Ward travel, but i dont think hes under any obligation to do so like many here believe.

Im quite sure it would get picked up since Wlad is so popular in Europe, and the gate would be huge.
