Haye seemed slightly nervous, but not too nervous to me. The misnormer is to associate nervousness as equating a lack of confidence, or associating all nervousness as being equal. It's not like Haye's going to jump in the ring and be rattled and just go down for a paycheck. Haye also looked nervous entering the ring against Valuev. Khan looks nervous almost before every fight. It's a human thing. Tyson looked nervous before the Lewis fight acting erratic. Briggs did the same against Vitali. That's the type of nervous like "I know I'm probably going to get my ass kicked nervous." A nervousness that's more concerning.

I was more concerned when I saw Clottey say things before the Pac fight like "I want to feel his power, I want to feel his punches." Statements like this to me show that Clottey really wasn't mentally or physiological confident or motivated for victory. I figured he would shell up and not really show any determination to win.

As long as Haye looks decent early, his nerves should dissipate after the 1st round.

I thought it was a poor show from both of them. Haye looked like he didn't want to be there and Wlad's attempts at humour were cringeworthy.

You do realize this is a war forum, right? Everyone is just having fun here, getting themselves hyped for the fight. If you post here for any other reason (like to get your panties in a wad as you clearly have), you're simply a masochist.

Haye obviously is intimidated by Wlad, it was written all over his face. Big mouths can never back it up in person. Typical bully type ****. I don't blame him for not shaking Wlads hand though, I wouldn't shake the executioners hand either. Though I was hoping he would and Wlad would have a hand buzzer in there. But obviously Wlad just showed more class by at least attempting.

More like tired than nervous. In the other video he said T-shirts, calling names etc are in the past and now it's all about fighting. This event is huge. Hopefully both guys are experienced enough to handle it.

You can definitely detect a sore throat when he was speaking, almost sounds like you do when you've just be singing at a Football match

He did the right thing. Wlad had no business giving him the hand to shake. I just can't see Vitali Doing the same. Living in Germany and USA made Wlad soft, he lost our Soviet Pride and Anger.
