It is pickem or leaning toward Wilder. Vlad has to weather the storm and take some punches and be there after a few rounds. If he can weather it I think he is too physically strong for Wilder down the stretch when he starts to land his jab and big punches. What does Vlad have left?

Not sure how giving the next big thing by far the toughest fight of his career, which is now considered by most a heavyweight classic. Getting up off the mat several times, and roaring back too badly hurt AJ in the round that he got dropped in, and then come back in the next round violently dropping and coming within an inch of KOing AJ. And arguably winning the match going into the 11th, is making a fool of or embarrassing himself.

But I do agree, Wlad needs to stay retired.

Those saying Wlad is washed up or shot, maybe he is, but then people said the same about Fury before he fought Wilder and lets be honest Fury beat Wilder only to be robbed.

If Wilder is to have any chance of beating Wlad, Wlad will have to be shot or very close to it, because the Wlad that fought Fury or Joshua likely KO's Wilder. It's why Wilder has been discounting a possibility of a fight, he will want to see how much Wlad has left, if Wlad looks like he has something left he'll duck him, if he looks shop worn and vulnerable then he'll no doubt start calling for the fight.

Really, he was so hurt he got right back up and then stunned Wilder and had the champ on the back foot and clinching at the end of the fight. Wilder's hit Fury flush twice and couldn't keep him down. But hey keep lying to yourself if that what makes you happy.

I seen a article on this the other day in the media. And can't believe it's even been considered. This would be shameless, a sacrificial sacrifice to pad the bronze bomber's record . Wlad's reflexes and stamina has gone. Actually I changed my mind. Make the fight happen as soon as possible. Lol.

This is one too many comebacks for Wlad. The Wlad that fought AJ though puts Wilder out like a candle. That right hand he threw against AJ was out of the heavens and I doubt anybody survives a monster shot like that, especially Wilder who is suspect.

I mean you never know, maybe he's still got it but I can't see it either.

But on the other hand, look at Fury. He's come back from drugs, depression, near suicide, obesity. And not even fought anybody useful in his comeback to then go and school Wilder in his backyard. Just for him to be in that ring is an achievement, let alone nearly take the belt away from him. It shows there could be a glimmer of hope for an old Wlad, I wouldn't completely count something like that out.

Maybe he is but power alone won't win you fights, that was clear from the Fury fight. He relied on his power to bail him out like he always does, landed it but it wasn't enough. But luckily the judges were there to save him.

maybe so but the man's an idiot who talks of wanting to kill a man in the ring, don't care how hard he hits,he makes me cringe every time he opens his mouth.

Wilder said it himself he doesn't want Wlad fight right away, he wants to see how Wlad looks... if he looks old then yes he will fight him.

That`s why he fought Fury but Wlad will be far slower than Fury was and his legs will tire, but Wilder is really ducking anything dangerous, it`s so blatent now.

Fury won the rest of the round and had Wilder backing up at te end.
