Wlad still looks like he is fighing Arreola.

That doesn't change the fact that Mormeck, Macca, Barrett & even the mighty Bonin AREN'T TOP 10 RANKED HEAVYWEIGHTS.

Why is Haye afraid to fight a true top 10 Heavy before cashing out vs. a Klitschko?

Nope. He's ranked #2, after the injured #1 Povetkin, but Klitschko's recent fight against Rahman I believe was permissioned as a mandatory defence, so this is voluntary.

@ - RUSKULL - Who else was available to fight apart from Barrett at the time?

Why is Wlad afraid to fight Haye? Why is he taking voluntary defences and nominating Vitali to take the burden off fighting him rather than do it himself?

Why did Wlad tell Haye to fight 2 top 10 heavyweight contenders and prove himself, yet look likely to be taken on a guy who is equally as unproven?

Who the **** is Haye to be making demands? :patsch

Also, I'm sure Vitali, Wladimir & David aren't really worried about your personal opinion.

And for the record, Wladimir doesn't have to hide behind anybody let alone HIS MANDATORY DEFENSE. Povetkin earned his stripes and he deserves his shot. He won a tourney designed to weed out the best available contender for the opportunity. Haye beat Barrett & Bonin. Do the math.

No, but he's ranked higher than Haye & he will draw a large crowd if the fight's in LA or the surrounding area.

Seriously dude, I understand you are a big Haye fan, nothing wrong with that either, just give it time.

Right now in the USA Haye is virtually unknown and Arreola is an undefeated, power punching, scary looking dude of Mexican heritage. Chris has fought his entire professional career at HW and did I mention he's undefeated? LA has more Mexicans than Mexico and a fight in LA would be a big seller.

    What's that supposed to mean?

I'm sure they aren't really worried about yours either.

Sure Povetkin earned his stripes, but he got injured and missed his shot until he's ready to come back, Wladimir is obligated to fight him, so why not fight Haye first? Why instead has he made defences against Rahman and Arreola, one who's a glass-jawed joke living solely off of beating an under-prepared Lennox Lewis years ago, and one hasn't proven himself.

So Arreola-Wlad would really be a bigger fight in the US than Wlad-Haye?

Would a win over Arreola earn him more recognition, and a better pay packet?

Of course none of them care for my opinion either, that goes without saying. For the rest of your questions see my previous posts. :D

Wladimir vs. Arreola in LA or the surrounding area would be huge, much bigger than a Haye fight at the moment. There has never been a HW champion or even a beltholder of Mexican decent, Ruiz was Puerto Rican for the record and he was never really the man to beat at HW anyway.

Now if Haye had more wins vs. top Heavys or if the fight was in London you'd have an argument.

BTW, I never said Barrett wasn't a good first or second fight after moving up in wieght but let's be real, Monte wasn't top 10 material was he? Haye promised a top 10 guy or two & so far he hasn't delivered has he?

Ultimately, I think I'd rather see Haye vs Arreola for the right to face one of the Klits this summer. i know, it will never happen... just saying.

And like somebody else said, I'd love to see Wlad end Valuev's reigh of bull**** first.
This giant has been beaten by Larry Donald, John Ruiz (1st fight), Chagaev, and now Oldiefield... and they still call him HW champion of the world over there! B.S.

I'd much rather see Wladimir or Vitali unify vs. Valuev or Chagaev instead of Arreola, Haye or Povetkin.

Are you trying to act like Barrett was the only available opponent for Haye? I would have much rather seen him fight Rahman. You know... the guy who also already beat Barrett? They probably felt that Rahman was too stiff of a challenge for Haye though. Also, James Toney was calling Haye out just as Haye has been calling out Wlad. Haye obviously wanted no part of Toney either. Hell... I can think of about at least 20 other fighters that would have been better than fighting against a guy who had just been knocked out by Cliff Couser in two rounds the year before.
