All of you haters are the exact same way. You have nothing to offer any debate besides attacking a poster's character, and asking questions. You don't bring facts to the table, just biased opinions on everything. You avoid every single point in my posts, and then just fire off a random quesiton that has already been answered. Just a complete waste of time.

Ah no. If I recall it was YOU who danced around subjects and did all kinds of cartwheels to avoid, while at the same time, exaggerating EPO Wlad's rather stinky opposition. Do you not recall our debates? Shall I dig up old threads?

I have one for you haters. Wlad's opposition sucks right? Ok.. Name one heavyweight in the world under 40 years old who has a better resume than Wlad?

Perhaps because the division and most of it's fighters are distinctly average?

Predictable excuse. Once again... no facts, just biased opinions.

I'm pressed to even say average, Tommy. Look at some of EPO Wlad's comp: Ray Austin, Thompson, Castillo, Moli ....all below average. YUCK!

So how would you describe this era of heavyweight boxing, and the majority of fighters in it?

As someone who'd rather see Wlad-Haye rather than Wlad - Arreola, I'll try to present some facts in support of the former. Haye has been begging for the Wlad fight and has disrespected him (which Wlad should want to revenge). Haye just beat Barrett in pretty good fashion (several kds and a stoppage). Barrett, though getting caught by couser recently (which he quickly avenged and which happens esp at HW), was at least as highly rated as anyone Arreola has beaten (probably rated higher -- Barrett has a couple top 20 wins in past few years, just starched tye fields, was competitive in losing efforts to rahman and valuev). Haye-Wlad is projected to be a 'bigger' fight than Wlad-Arreola by the majority of fans (by a long shot). Haye has fought and won at the championship level tho at cruiser whereas Arreola has been fighting non elite hw's. So, I don't know which facts support an Arreola fight other than the Haye fight being too risky compared to the Arreola one. Am i missing something.

    1. Undefeated means nothing. Haye only has 1 defeat, when he stepped up early on to take on a former world champion and paid the price. Having no defeats doesn't automatically make him proven or a great fighter.

    2. Rising contenders such as? Chazz Witherspoon? Also unproven, he wasn't a contender at all, but a prospect, and not much of one. Who else, Travis Walker? A guy who is also unproven at the age of 29, and who's most noticeable win is a MD win over another lard arse US prospect in Jason Estrada.

    3. What, so because Arreola has had 26 fights at HW over pretty much entirely journeyman, it should prepel him above the undisputed cruiserweight champion, who holds a win over a guy far better and far more established than anyone Arreola's faced?

    4. He has 2 more KO's ffs. He has more KO's because he's had more fights, mainly against against shitty journeyman. Haye has a higher KO percentage against much better opposition, knocking out guys like the unified cruiserweight champ in Mormeck, and another champ in Maccarinelli. By his 10th fight, he was fighting and knocking out guys like Arthur Williams, a former world champion.

What should happen is for Haye to fight some real top 10 contender before he gets a shot at the title.

Then that's what should happen with Arreola.

I have no problem with that, for example they could both face off in an eliminator.

What shouldn't happen is Wlad pushing Arreola above Haye in the pecking order.
