Wlad-Sultan was no different than Valuev-Lyakhovich

Both big men dominated the fight with their jab but lacked the killer instinct to finish the job. But Sultan was a much better opponent than Lyakhovich who I said was flat out done before the fight. He just stood in front of valuev and did nothing while sultan was a more more difficult target.

Yet Valuev gets huge cred for his win and wlad get ripped a new *******. I dont get it! dont get me wrong, wlad was lackluster but he flat out dominated and shut down an undefeated world champion. and now some people are saying valuev would beat wlad :huh

 

then why does valuev get so much more credit for this win if u say wlad in no better than valuev, peter, etc.....seems like a double standard to me

valuev did not throw that many rights. his jab was working. that's it! i wouldn't be surprised if wlad threw more punches than valuev. stupid sergie came in 20 pounds overweight and stood right in front of him. u even said before the fight, he was gunshy and shot! u were right!

 

that's my point! he had a chance to finish him and didnt. wlad had that chance a couple of times especially in the 9th. they both lacked the will to finish the job

 

and i agree he should be cause he's he champ. but whe u got people saying he is no better than valuev or peter, then i have a problem. look, technically he dominated but the hw champ needs to do more than just win. He must electrify. He will never generate the exicitement of a tyson. He just doesnt have that style anymore. But he has to become more of a killer in the ring.
