Do you feel that Wlad is taking the heat on ESB sometimes for the division. I think Wlad would have been a very respect boxer if he had more competition. It seems like no matter who's ass he whipps, he gets criticized by few for beating a low class boxer. And I dont disagree, but I feel that its better to be a little bit below in class in a great company, then a top in a shity one. Whats your thoughts, and do u feel the division is in for imporvement next year. I believe so.
I think things are about to really start improving. First, this long awaited and overdue unification fight will get the ball rolling.
Ya, I agree. Wlad is getting much more respect these days than a couple of years ago. His back and forth struggle and eventual defeat of Sam Peter proved a lot to a lot of folks. He has cemented that win with victories over a lot of top fighters and mandatories. Everybody with any sense knows Wlad has tremendous talent and a great work ethic and could dominate the heavy division for years but a lot of folks will always question his chin. All fighters have weaknesses and if Wlad protects that chin and continues to win his respect within the boxing community will continue to grow.
