I'm surprised that while seeing the dozens of new "June 20" threads starting every week, and now - every day, there still isn't any avatar bet thread about this fight...

Chagaev has about 40% chance of winning in my book, but to put 40% against a 60% ATG is asking alot,,,i read on a hate post that chagaev was a top 5 in most decades, i agree. He got top notch boxing skills, an a good inside game, tricky southpaw, that espn or HBO should of had on at least once or twice in the past 5 years, but they dropped the ball.. But when your facing the best jab an left hook ever in the history of the division, there just isn't room for that 40%, i wish this fight would get the respect it deserves by being on HBO, this guy chagaev, is no question a belt holder in the 70's, 80's an 90's,,mercer is the poor mans chagaev.

Reconsider? Man I never even considered it, much less going to reconsider. That's ok, I suspect by tommorrow you'll quietly fade away, just like Chagaev...or find another hero for Wlad to KO. Either works for me.

 

i'll be pulling for ruslan, but i still think wlad will ko him because its just a physical mismatch.....but after seeing the weigh-in pictures today.....ruslan def. looks like he is going to atleast "attempt" to give the fight of his life....
